METHACRYLATE OFF WHITE & YELLOW BOAT NECKLACE

This one-of-a-kind necklace is part of the Explorer collection by Jan Taminiau in celebration of 20 years of Jan’s creative journey — a sculptural series inspired by the spirit of travel, the elegance of maritime forms, and the art of navigation. Designed to evoke a sense of movement and direction, the piece transforms the silhouette of a boat into a wearable symbol of journey and imagination.

Handcrafted in Holland from brass and hand-polished methacrylate in off-white and yellow, the necklace features a striking boat form suspended from a 49 cm collar. The warm contrast between the soft off-white and vibrant yellow tones evokes sunlight on sails and the serenity of open water. A sculptural object in itself, this necklace embodies exploration as both an external and inner voyage.
